Being a member of the teaching profession can be an amazing experience but it can also have challenging aspect to it. One minute you will be on top of the world and the next you could be feeling very low. If you are in a good place psychologically you will be more able to 'roll with the challenges' and if you feel at times that you are struggling then we will support you through to hopefully a successful conclusion. Communication is the key to your mental wellbeing so 'keep talking.'
